What is the Peppol Portal?
EDI PLUS provides a web portal which enables full EDI compliance and can be used as an alternative to full integration. The web portal is primarily designed for suppliers as a method for complying with their customer's mandates for EDI without full integration into back office systems. Customers can include the web portal as an available option to suppliers as part of their EDI offering, simply by using the portal via the internet.

The Peppol Portal’s ease of use can be summarised in the following steps.

Nominated users receive an email notification when new Purchase Orders have arrived.
Log in from any web browser without needing to install any additional software, using individual login details.
View full order details, with an option to download the order to PDF and print out.
Click a button to acknowledge or cancel orders and electronic messages are automatically returned to your customer.


Invoicing against orders is just as simple. Click "Create Invoice" to flip an order into an invoice, allowing you to edit the Invoice number, delivery date and product quantities, and add a shipping cost to the invoice if necessary.
Submitting this invoice over the portal will then send it electronically back to the customer.
The portal stores copies of all documents, along with the order status, allowing you to search and view copies at any time.
This extends to Purchase Orders, Sales Confirmations, Shipping Notes, Invoices and Credit Notes, where enabled.
